Order terms

1. You choose goods or a wreath and specify the quantity, the options and the wording for the ribbon or plaque, if one is needed.
2. In the basket you choose how you wish to receive the order and how to pay, and leave your contact details. Before sending, you can go back to any step and correct any mistake.
3. Once you send the order, an order number appears on the screen: this confirms that we have received it. A sent order does not yet oblige you to pay.
4. A funeral director contacts you to confirm availability, the contents of the order, the final price and the date and time of delivery. The contract is concluded when you agree to these terms in a conversation or a message. We send a confirmation of the order, with its contents and the total, to your messaging app or email.

We may decline an order if an item is not available and you do not accept a replacement, or if we have been unable to contact you. In that case, any amount paid is refunded in full.

Prices are given in Moldovan lei and are final: Service S.D.S. SRL is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to them. The price that applies is the one valid when the funeral director confirms the order. For some goods and for wreaths made to an individual design, no price is shown ("Price on request"): the funeral director tells you the price before confirmation, and the order is not fulfilled without your agreement. If the order is part of a funeral arranged by Ritual Prim, the goods are included in the overall estimate.

• Ritual Prim is arranging the funeral: we bring everything to the place of the ceremony ourselves, at no separate charge.
• Delivery to an address: within Chișinău, usually on the day of the order if it is confirmed before 16:00; elsewhere in Moldova, the funeral director gives you the delivery time and cost when confirming the order.
• Collection: free of charge, 77A Alexei Mateevici St., Stăuceni, Chișinău, 24 hours a day.

Any delivery charge is given to you by the funeral director before the order is confirmed. Please check the goods on receipt: it is best to note any visible damage straight away.

• By card online: after confirmation we send you a payment link. Card details are entered on the payment service's page; we do not see or store them.
• Cash on delivery.
• Add to the funeral estimate, if the ceremony is arranged by Ritual Prim.

You can cancel an order free of charge before we confirm it, and afterwards as long as the goods have not been made or dispatched: call 14000.

After receiving the goods, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason (Art. 1060 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova). Let us know by phone, by email to [email protected] or by sending the form below, and return the goods in the condition in which you received them. We will refund the money, including the cost of standard delivery, using the same method you used to pay, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice; the cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless we have agreed otherwise.

The right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 1065(1) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova) to:

• wreaths and arrangements made of fresh flowers: they quickly lose their appearance;
• goods made to your order or personalised: wording on a ribbon or plaque, engraving, a wreath made to a design or in a size you chose;
• clothing and linen for the deceased whose packaging has been opened: they cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.

If an item turns out to be faulty or is not what you ordered, let us know on 14000 or at [email protected], ideally with a photograph. We will replace the item, remedy the fault, reduce the price or refund your money, as provided for by Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection. We reply to complaints within 3 working days and give a final answer on a claim no later than 14 days.

If we cannot reach agreement, you can contact the State Inspectorate for Non-Food Products Supervision and Consumer Protection: 78 Vasile Alecsandri St., Chișinău MD-2012, tel. +373 22 515 151, consumator.gov.md, or go to court. We do not take part in out-of-court dispute resolution procedures.

Your contact details and delivery address are needed to confirm and deliver the order. How we process them is described in the Privacy Policy.

Model withdrawal form under Annex 6 to Law No. 1125/2002. Complete and send it only if you wish to withdraw from the contract; you may also tell us of your withdrawal in any other form.

These terms are published in Romanian, Russian and English; in the event of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails. An order is governed by the version published at the time it is confirmed.
