Losing someone while they are far from home is especially hard. We arrange repatriation from Ukraine from beginning to end: we collect the deceased from Kyiv, Odesa or any other city, prepare the documents of both countries and bring them home, to any town or village in Moldova.

How repatriation from Ukraine works
- The call and the first steps. We tell you what the family should do here and what those in Ukraine should do, at any hour of the day or night.
- The documents of both countries. We prepare the death certificate, the consular papers and the permit for international transport.
- Preparing the deceased. Local partners carry out the embalming and prepare the sealed coffin that the transport rules require.
- The journey to Moldova. By road hearse or by air, depending on the situation and on what the family wants.
- Home. We meet the deceased, take them to the house or the farewell hall and, if you wish, arrange the funeral.

How much does repatriation from Ukraine cost?
The price starts at 300 € and depends on the city, on how the journey is made and on what local law requires.
We send an itemised estimate before any work starts. Once it is agreed, the figure does not change.
How long does the journey from Ukraine take?
Usually 2-4 days from the moment the documents are ready and the body can be released.
It takes longer if a post-mortem is ordered, an investigation is under way or the documents are waiting for consular legalisation. We tell you as soon as anything changes.
Which documents are needed?
The death certificate, the medical statement of the cause of death, the export permit, the embalming certificate and the documents of the deceased.
We check what you already have and what still has to be prepared when you first call. Whatever is missing we prepare ourselves, through the mortuary, the local authorities and the consulate.
What is needed from the family?
The details of the deceased, the contacts of the mortuary or hospital if you know them, and a signed electronic power of attorney.
You do not have to travel to the country: the correspondence with the institutions, the payment of local services and the logistics are ours.
Can the ashes be brought instead of the body?
Yes. The cremation can take place there and we bring the urn to Moldova; that is quicker and cheaper than carrying the body.
The documents for the cremation and for taking the urn out are ours to prepare.

Bună ziua tuturor!!! Este trist și dureros cînd pierzi pe cineva drag în viata....Dar atât timp cît sistemul acesta, îmbrățișează suferința și moartea,nu putem face nimic. Am apelat la serviciile RITUAL PRIM, pentru repatrierea soției din altă țară (Italia ). Vreau să menționez că este o companie foarte serioasa și care se ține de cuvânt. Toate detaliile le-am vorbit doar pe telefon, au fost disponibili 24/24, ceea ce ține de acte-la fel sau ocupat ei, inclusiv la Ambasada. Aici in Moldova la fel, au fost disponibili si dispuși mereu sa ma ajute atunci cind aveam întrebări... Doresc ca nimeni să nu treacă prin astfel de momente, dar dacă și se întâmplă, atunci va recomand RITUAL PRIM - seriozitate, disponibilitate, eficiență si rapiditate!!!

Aș dori să-i mulțumesc lui Vladimir pentru munca excelentă în organizarea înmormântării la Hîncești. Totul a fost realizat rapid și cu profesionalism. Vladimir a avut grijă de fiecare etapă, iar mâncarea în caserole pentru parastas a fost la un nivel foarte bun. Se vedea că îi pasă de rezultat și că ne-a oferit sprijin adevărat într-un moment atât de dificil.
