Privacy policy
This Policy sets out which personal data the site ritualprim.md collects, what it is used for and which rights you have as a data subject. The data controller is Service S.D.S. SRL (trading as Ritual Prim), str. Alexei Mateevici 77A, Stauceni, Chisinau. Data is processed in accordance with Law No. 133 of 08.07.2011 of the Republic of Moldova on the protection of personal data.
What data we collect
- Data you give us yourself: name, phone number, email address and the content of your enquiry, when you call, write to us on a messenger or leave a request on the site.
- Data needed to provide the service: arranging a funeral, a cremation or a repatriation requires documents that by law contain data about the person arranging it and about the deceased (names, dates, identity documents). By giving us data about other people you confirm that you are entitled to do so.
- Technical data: IP address, device type and cookies, collected automatically so that the site works and can be improved.
What the data is used for
- Answering enquiries and handling requests.
- Providing funeral services: preparing documents, arranging ceremonies, transport and repatriation.
- Keeping in touch with you while the service is being provided.
- Meeting legal requirements, accounting included.
- Analysing how the site is used and improving it.
The legal grounds for processing are: your consent, the performance of the service contract, the legal obligations of the controller, and its legitimate interest in keeping the site running.
Who the data is shared with
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising. Data is shared only to the extent the service requires:
- with public authorities: the civil registry, sanitary services, consulates and embassies in the case of repatriation;
- with partners involved in providing the service: carriers, funeral services abroad, crematoria;
- at the lawful request of the competent authorities.
In an international repatriation, data is transferred to the country where the death occurred solely in order to arrange the journey.
Retention and security
Data is kept no longer than the purposes of the processing require and no longer than the periods set by law (including for accounting records). We apply organisational and technical safeguards: restricted access, a secure connection and software that is kept up to date.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, to restrict processing, to withdraw consent and to object to processing. To do so, write to [email protected] or call 14000.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may contact the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (CNPDCP, datepersonale.md).

Bună ziua tuturor!!! Este trist și dureros cînd pierzi pe cineva drag în viata....Dar atât timp cît sistemul acesta, îmbrățișează suferința și moartea,nu putem face nimic. Am apelat la serviciile RITUAL PRIM, pentru repatrierea soției din altă țară (Italia ). Vreau să menționez că este o companie foarte serioasa și care se ține de cuvânt. Toate detaliile le-am vorbit doar pe telefon, au fost disponibili 24/24, ceea ce ține de acte-la fel sau ocupat ei, inclusiv la Ambasada. Aici in Moldova la fel, au fost disponibili si dispuși mereu sa ma ajute atunci cind aveam întrebări... Doresc ca nimeni să nu treacă prin astfel de momente, dar dacă și se întâmplă, atunci va recomand RITUAL PRIM - seriozitate, disponibilitate, eficiență si rapiditate!!!

Aș dori să-i mulțumesc lui Vladimir pentru munca excelentă în organizarea înmormântării la Hîncești. Totul a fost realizat rapid și cu profesionalism. Vladimir a avut grijă de fiecare etapă, iar mâncarea în caserole pentru parastas a fost la un nivel foarte bun. Se vedea că îi pasă de rezultat și că ne-a oferit sprijin adevărat într-un moment atât de dificil.

Так уж получилось, что дорога дважды привела в компанию Ritual Prim. Очень отзывчивый персонал, любой вопрос решается очень профессионально. А зал на третьем этаже это восторг, витражные окна настолько огромны, что они тебя переносят в потусторонний мир. Рекомендую? Да! В самый сложный момент ребята организуют все!
