All we need from you are the identity documents of the deceased and of the person making the arrangements. The medical statement, the death certificate and the permit for burial or cremation are ours to prepare, without you standing in any queues.
The farewell is usually held on the second or third day. If relatives have to travel from another country, the person can stay in our mortuary for as long as it takes.
